Australian Open Day 3 Happy Slam experience

Hi #Happy slammers!

Today the camera was off court for a while but here’s what we did capture.

There was a great match from Nick Kyrgios and Pablo Cuevas. It was a packed house in  Hisense Arena  and the crowd was up to standard on Nick’s favourite court – roaring with support.

Speaking of packed houses, if you are lining up to gain entry to Hisense Arena, there’s a way you can jump the queue! Yes there is! The Australian Open have a daily competition running where you can have the chance to be seated in reserved row of seats known as “The Social Suite’ in a prime viewing position. If you’re active social media user then this is the competition for you! All you have to do to grab one of these seats for you (and one friend) is Instagram a selfie when you arrive at the Australian Open and be sure to include the hashtag #AOsocialsuite in your caption. How easy is that?!!! Competition winners are notified by direct message and treated with complimentary refreshments, comfy seat cushions, even a portable charging device for your phone during your stay! Get creative and you win a social suite experience in Hisense Arena to stay for the day or just for one of your preferred matches. TOO EASY!

Oh hey, it  was also a treat today to stumble upon this little guy in some doubles action on Court 18 this afternoon. Do you recongise him??

An extended gallery of photo’s can be found here if you would like to see more!

So how are you feeling about the Aus open so far. There is quite a shake-up of the draw – Seven men’s seeds have been knocked out and fourteen – yes fourteen ! seeded women are gone from the field. We wonder what drama will unfold next!?

Until tomorrow, we hope you stay #happy!
